Got here at 8:40, open sign is still on but they say they are closed.

They offer crispy egg puff, which is very uncommon in Bay Area. I don’t see that in other GongCha neither.############## updated Mar 31, 2019They no longer serve crispy egg puff from last month

1. I ordered 30% sugar but got a 70% one. 2. The shop deceitfully not redeem my points, 3. no system to put new points in your phone number. In general, bad experience comparing with other Gongcha chain stores.

There's only one person working so it takes forever to get your order even though the place was empty when I got here. Kudos to the poor girl working here.

Milk tea

Official gong cha’s Instagram says Milpitas store will be open during thanksgiving, when I arrived, as you can see in the picture, it says open on the sign, but the door is locked and lights are off. It’s no fun to drive 15 minutes to this.

Similar to all other Gong Cha stores in the Bay Area.

They gave me a cup of milk tea with some red beans outside... Why can't they clean it beforehand? And the matcha tea is so sweet even with half sugar.

I just bought a warm pearl milk tea without any pearl in it!?

The pearl here is really good! Better than most of the milk tea places.

It was busy but it was also quick, every time I come to San Jose I have to come here at least once! The staff is also very friendly.

LOVE THE DRINKS

This is a great place to grab a drink and snack! I usually go to the location on Lundy but that location does not serve snacks. I ordered the calamari and it's cooked perfectly. It's made to order so you may have to wait about 10 plus minutes but it compliments a nice cold boba drink. The spiciness is cooled by the sips of Milk Foam Green Tea! Tip: avoid busy times like lunch because it's in a shopping complex with lots of restaurants. Cisco employees and other tech companies are around the area. On top of that, may be hard to find parking. Even ordering a drink may take 5 plus minutes because people ahead of you are ordering 10 plus drinks! But also keep in mind... a good drink takes time to make! The staff is friendly (at least the day I went in) even though they were cranking out drinks, they acknowledged me as I was waiting to place my order.

The service was good, I did wait a bit but only because ppl ahead of me ordered a lot.

Extremely slow. The cover of the milk tea is leaking. Less ice become full of ice. The taste is not good (too much water) compared with other stores.

Good boba, some of the best.

First time here...they were ok, but were out of my first 2 requests.... 1 drink and waffles. If you need to use the restroom you're pretty much in their back area and it's messy back there.

It is very clean store. There many variations of the bubble teas; however, the drink its size is smaller than the other stores. The taste is kind of watery. What I I mean is that there are less bubbles, and milk. I wish it will improve late.

I really like Gong Cha, but this store at Milpitas is the worst one I’ve ever been. Same milk tea taste totally different from the one at other Gong Cha store. If you are here for the brand, go another store.

Oh my god this binsu is horrible. They simply stacked the raw materials together without paying any attention in the steps to make binsu properly. Feels so sad that they ruined the original owner's signature item. Don't try it.

It has been a while and WOW some dessert to try out! Mochi waffle was such a treat!

Tries the marble strawberry with rainbow jelly and boba. Wasn't very good to me and had a strange taste. Maybe just doesn't suit me or I didn't pick the right combination.
